They’re looking for an AI Solutions Consultant to join their US post-sales team and work directly with enterprise customers across Operations, Finance, HR, Technology and beyond.

This isn’t a traditional implementation role where you’re handed a specification and told to deliver it.

You’ll get under the hood of how a business actually works, uncovering bottlenecks, challenging processes that have existed for years and identifying where AI agents, automation and better workflow design could completely change the way teams operate.

What You’ll Do:

Lead discovery with enterprise customers to understand complex processes, systems and pain points.

Map integrations, APIs, data flows and dependencies across enterprise systems.

Work closely with AI Engineers and Architects from initial concept through to delivery and UAT.

Define success metrics and demonstrate the business impact of proposed solutions.

Present solutions to stakeholders from operational teams through to VP and C-level leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting or Technical Business Analysis.

Strong experience leading discovery and understanding complex business processes.

The ability to look at an existing workflow and ask, “why are we doing it this way?”

Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and enterprise systems.

Comfortable discussing AI and automation without needing to be a Software Engineer.

Strong process-mapping and requirements-engineering skills.

Ability to turn ambiguity into structured, build-ready solutions.

Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.

If this sounds like you, please apply with your latest CV and we will be in touch to discuss the role further.

Senior Platform Engineer | AI Infrastructure & Distributed Systems

📍New York, USA 💰$175,000 - $230,000

About the Company

What if the backend systems you built helped power spacecraft, autonomous vehicles and some of the world's most advanced engineering projects? We're partnering with a fast-growing technology company building the infrastructure behind next-generation hardware systems.

Their platform helps engineering teams process enormous volumes of real-world data, analyse performance and make critical decisions faster, across industries where reliability and precision really matter.

About the Role

They're now looking for a Backend Software Engineer who enjoys solving complex distributed systems problems and wants to build infrastructure that makes a genuine difference beyond the screen. This isn't about building another API or maintaining existing services. You'll work on the systems responsible for ingesting, processing and storing high-volume data, making it accessible at scale and ensuring everything performs reliably in production. And you'll have real ownership over what you build, from architecture through to deployment and performance optimisation.
