Map integrations, APIs, data flows and dependencies across enterprise systems.

Work closely with AI Engineers and Architects from initial concept through to delivery and UAT.

Define success metrics and demonstrate the business impact of proposed solutions.

Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and enterprise systems.

Comfortable discussing AI and automation without needing to be a Software Engineer.

Strong process-mapping and requirements-engineering skills.

Ability to turn ambiguity into structured, build-ready solutions.

Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.

Hey, I’m Patrycja (or Pat)👋🏼 I'm the Marketing Manager at the UMATR Group👩🏼‍💼✨ As soon as I’ve learnt about the company’s values, I knew this place was for me, and a company I’d happily market to the public. I finished my master’s in Management, which introduced me to marketing. Without a second thought, I knew marketing was something I want to pursue in life. It allows me to express my creativity, as well as stay connected with people. The relationship between the company and clients is greatly important to nurture, and that’s where I step in! 😇 I also lead and market a community called Scala Matters and Rust Matters! 💌To get in touch, please email Patrycja@umatr.io

Hey, Ryan here 👋🏼
I’m a Recruitment Consultant based in Dubai, working with companies across the UAE and wider GCC to help them build strong engineering teams in AI, Machine Learning, Data, and Software Engineering.
Over the last 3+ years, I’ve partnered with startups, scale-ups, and enterprise tech teams to support them with one thing: hiring the right technical people at the right time.
Most of my work sits with CTOs, founders, and engineering leaders who are scaling fast and need help finding strong AI engineers, machine learning engineers, data scientists, MLOps and DevOps engineers, as well as backend and full-stack developers across Python, Java, Node.js, .NET, Golang, React, and React Native.
Being based in Dubai, I spend most of my time speaking with tech teams across the UAE who are building seriously ambitious products in the AI and data space, and want to get hiring right without slowing down delivery.
For me, recruitment is about quality, not volume. I care about making introductions that actually move the needle, not just filling pipelines.
Outside of work, I’m usually playing padel, watching football, or chasing a good flat white.
If you’re hiring in AI, data, or software engineering in the UAE - or just want to connect - feel free to reach out.

Hey, I'm Mitchell, I founded UMATR at the start of 2021 after spending three years collaborating with some of the coolest tech companies across the globe. My driving factors behind UMATR are simple: to provide a growing market with a true specialist focusing on Cloud Computing. Ensure that both clients and engineers are listened to, and provided with a bespoke service. Last but not least, absolutely ensure that the UMATR team are valued and fulfilled. 👫🚀 Why? Because your hiring needs matter. Your career matters. Your goals & dreams matter, and most of all - You Matter. 💙 I started my recruitment career helping contract engineers within Europe, and then shifted my focus to working with full-time engineers across the United States. This has provided me with an in-depth knowledge of different markets and tech communities. My efforts in the recruitment sector have led to recognition from two reputable groups. The RDLC awarded me with the 'Rookie of the Year’, and the Recruitment Awards Shortlisted me within the Top 4 ‘Most Inspiring Recruiters’ within the industry. 🏆💫 I love to travel and see the world. That is my passion and one of the reasons I love recruitment. I get to work with so many different people across the globe, and I get to visit my clients around the world. I have personally lived in Los Angeles & Dubai which have been some of my best experiences of my life so far. But London is my home and, in my opinion, the greatest city in the world. 🌎🏌️‍♂️

Hey I’m Jai, 👋🏼 I am the Delivery Manager at UMATR, and one of the founding team members. 🦈
Over the past 9 years, I’ve worked with some of the most exciting and influential brands in their respective spaces. From Dubai to London, I’ve always had a passion for connecting people - whether that was finding someone a new home early in my career, or more recently, helping Software Engineers land their dream roles at some of the world’s most innovative tech companies. 🏠🌵
My recruitment journey began by supporting freelance and contract engineers across Europe, and I now use that experience to help clients across Europe and the U.S. hire the top 1% of talent. I have a particular focus on Rust Engineers across Europe, working closely with specialists in this growing ecosystem to match them with cutting-edge opportunities. With a people-first approach, I ensure every search is shaped around the unique goals and needs of each engineer. 🎯🏄🏻‍♂‍
